School Support Specialist (Schoolaya ERP)
Compensation: NPR 35,000 - 60,000 / month
This role involves onboarding schools onto the Schoolaya SaaS platform, training academic coordinators, and ensuring zero-downtime daily operational success.
Schoolaya is expanding rapidly across schools in Nepal. We need an empathetic, tech-savvy specialist to handle client onboarding, institutional configurations, and support for administrators, teachers, and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead online and on-site onboarding sessions for school administrators and accountants
- Assist institutions with student data migration and fee structure setups
- Diagnose and escalate user issues to the product development team
- Create instructional knowledge-base articles and video walkthroughs
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years experience in software technical support or school administrative operations
- Fluent verbal and written communication in Nepali and English
- Strong computer literacy and problem-solving mindset
