Senior Full Stack Engineer (Laravel / Livewire / TALL)
Compensation: NPR 90,000 - 160,000 / month
This role involves leading the architecture and implementation of scalable web platforms, SaaS products, and high-load database systems for LavamTech clients and internal products.
We are seeking a senior full-stack engineer with deep expertise in modern PHP, Laravel 11/12, Livewire, and database optimization. You will work directly with our engineering leadership to build high-performance web applications and SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect robust backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs
- Build reactive, high-performance UI using Livewire and Alpine.js
- Optimize database queries and schema architectures for high concurrency
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews
Qualifications & Requirements
- 4+ years of professional Laravel development experience
- Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL/MySQL query optimization and indexing
- Experience building production applications with modern reactive architectures and Tailwind CSS
- Solid understanding of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux cloud environments
